With the experience of 10 yrs in laboratory industry we have served more than 1 lakh customers. This milestone is achieved due to sample collection by the way of camps, walk in customers and providing home collections in Navi Mumbai and nearby. Camps as well as collections are mainly conducted in

Our Process for customer:
How do we make it easy for our clients? It starts with a phone call.
Step 1 – Phone Call:
On the phone with our friendly and trained staff you talk about your requirements. She/he provide you the best package as per your need. And also she/he will answer all questions you might have about cost, process and timeline etc. She/ he will take the appointment as per your convenient time for home collection or centre collection (if you are coming to centre)
Step 2 – Home sample collection:
An expert technician is assigned for the home sample pickup. You are provided with the technician details previous night. Technician will collect the sample at your given timings. It takes hardly few minutes for collection.
Step 3 – Report Delivery: Again very easy. Reports you will receive on your mobile itself. You can take printout if required. We advocate paperless. Still if you want report through courier the said facility is also available.

We have recognized that we have to do more than simply maximize profits for our stakeholders and executives. Rather, we have a social responsibility to do what’s best not just for our company, but people, the planet, and society at large.
We at Trusto consider environment during every activity of ours such as use of reusable chiller boxes for sample transportation instead of use and throw thermocol boxes, minimal use of printout of reports (providing and encouraging use soft copy), proper disposal of bio medical wastes etc.
We believe that Big Change starts small, if at all you’re just starting your business. We’ve learned that in a world full of big issues, small world changers play a vital role in making a world a better place for living.
We Trusto healthcare is focusing on a family level. Our mission statement “Har Ghar Secure” is a small effort to support every family to achieve their goals.
Also we organise the camps at no profit no loss bases so that blood testing benefits can reach to everyone.
Seminars about understanding preventive check-ups and other doubt clearing are organised for knowledge development are arranged at various locations. We have distributed more than 10k books on preventive check-up.
